Charles “Devon” Wilson

Creative Officer of E3 Nexus, Charles leads a company dedicated to elevating and amplifying diverse voices through innovative events, brand partnerships, and inclusive initiatives.

A voting member of the Recording Academy, Charles is also the author of the book On My Last Nerve, as well as a talented singer-songwriter with over 100 songs featured across television, film, and games. He is the founder of the music production team Supa Friendz, a collective known for delivering impactful and creative soundscapes.

Throughout his career, Charles has collaborated with top-tier artists, spearheaded meaningful campaigns, and built platforms that merge creativity with purpose. He has partnered with organizations like Warner Music, Empire Music, NAACP, and Propper Daley, with clients including Amazon, City Year, and Beats by Dre. His passion for fostering connections and empowering underrepresented communities is at the core of every project he undertakes.

This summer, Charles is sharing his expertise in academia by teaching a music and production course at UCLA. As the course's creator, he designed the curriculum to provide students with real-world insights and hands-on experiences that inspire the next generation of creatives.
