E3 Nexus partnered with the Mid City Arts & Music Festival as Main Stage Producer for its 5th annual event, bringing full-scale production expertise to a free community festival rooted in accessibility, local culture, and grassroots creative expression. Tasked with elevating the festival's production value while preserving its community-first identity, our team managed every layer of Main Stage operations, from artist relations to sponsor coordination.

Our team led artist booking and communications for the Main Stage, working directly with performers to secure lineups and manage logistics from initial outreach through show day. We built out comprehensive tech riders to ensure production quality met artist and audience expectations, while coordinating vendors and sponsors to keep the festival's infrastructure running smoothly. Throughout the process, E3 Nexus served as the central point of coordination between artists, crews, and organizers — ensuring a seamless experience for both performers and the 5,000+ attendees who came out to Lafayette Park on May 16, 2026.
